Specify air-quality testing procedures, filter-life management, intake location, carbon-monoxide risk controls and documented operator training. Consult relevant local regulatory and tender requirements.
Tender documents matter
Recent South African procurement documents explicitly specify SCBA compressor performance, cylinder filling equipment and supporting technical documents. Review the actual issued tender specification instead of assuming one design fits all departments.
